The site should be a positive destination where the small-business community can discuss industry trends and make connections. By creating a profile on GroupUsUp!, you can advertise your company’s capabilities. It is a great way to put your business on the map for others to find by location and connections. However, please refrain from posting threads in the discussion groups that merely promote your business. Our goal at GroupUsUp! is to provide value to our members.
How do I contact the GroupUsUp! staff?

I've signed up but never received my verification email
Check your spam filter to see if the verification email ended up there. If it did add webmaster@groupusup.com to your list of approved senders. If you've still not received the email send an email to webmaster@groupusup.com and ask us to verify your account.
How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so

How do I verify my GroupUsUp! account?
As soon as you create a profile, you will receive a verification email at the email address you provided when you joined GroupUsUp!. When you get the email follow the instructions to verify your account. Once you verify your account you will gain access to all of GroupusUp! services. It’s a good idea to save your username and password for future reference. If you don’t receive your verification email within a few minutes check to see if it is in your spam filter. You may also want to add webmaster@groupusup.com to your address book to insure your emails don’t get sent to your spam filter.
What should I do if I can’t login?
First, double check that you are inputting the correct user name (email address you used when you signed up) and password. Password is case sensitive. If you still can’t login, click forgot password. You will then be prompted for your email address (it is important that you know the email address that you signed up with), click the send password button. How do I cancel my membership?
Go to the my settings tab and click and you will see a delete account tab. Click the delete account tab and follow the prompts to delete your account. If you need assistance contact us.

How do I change my username?
Go to the “settings” click on “account settings”. Go to the tab “settings” and locate the field “username”. Replace the username with the new username that you would like to use. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the “save changes” button. Click on the “save changes button”.
How do I create a group?
Go to my apps and click on groups. Yow will be taken to your groups’ page where you will see a prompt to create groups. Click on the prompt create groups and you now can create a group.
How do I appoint an officer to a group I own?
Go to “my aps”, click on “groups” in “my aps”. Find the group you want to add an officer to and select “edit group”, click the “member” tab. Find the member you want to designate as an officer and click “edit member” details. You can now designate member title and rank.
I can't reply to a group discussion
Are you looking to post a message to a group but can't find a reply button? The group owner may have set permissions such that only group members or friends can post messages. Depending on how the permissions are set by the group owner, you might have to "join the group" or " become a friend" before you can reply or post in a group discussion.
How do I chat with my friends?
At the bottom right hand corner of you screen you will see Friends Online. Left click on friends on line and a llist of your friends will appear. Left click on the friend you would like to chat with and a dialogue box will open. Now you are ready to chat!

Anyone. All GroupUsUp! members have the ability to create an unlimited number of blogs. Starting your blog is easy, just go to my appas and click on Blog. Answer a few questions and you can begin posting in 60 seconds. Remember, blogs are intended for ongoing posts concerning issues that are pertinent to the GroupUsUp! community.
What is GMap and how can what are it’s benefits?
To access the GMap, click on the “GMap” tab.” When looking at the GMap, the individuals who are in your network will be displayed. Search for specific members in your network to see their location on GMap
